Extinction Rebellion – the radical environmental group funded by American millionaires with a global reach – have reaffirmed their support of eco-terrorism.

The Earth cannot survive the human race, which for all practical purposes is a parasitic life form which annihilates other species, pollutes the air and oceans, and is responsible for climate change and the next mass extinction of hundreds of thousands of species. Two women have admitted to acts of vandalism along the Dakota Access Pipeline, including attacks in Mahaska and Wapello counties.

Jessica Reznicek and Ruby Montoya held a press conference Monday outside the Iowa Utility Board offices and claimed to have repeatedly vandalized the pipeline. The Des Moines Register describes the women as being “involved in Iowa’s Catholic Worker social justice movement.” They apparently started their vandalism spree in Mahaska County, and were behind the attempt in May to cut into the pipe in Wapello County.

The press conference ended when they attacked the IUB sign with a hammer and crowbar, leading to their arrests...

The vandalism in Mahaska County came about 10 months earlier. The Oskaloosa Herald, one of the Courier’s sister papers, reported that fires set along the construction sites did “significant damage to equipment and property.”

A Swedish professor recently joined a New Yorker podcast with David Remnick to explain why he thinks climate activists need to embrace “sabotage” to achieve their goals.

“I am recommending that the movement continues with mass action, civil disobedience, but also opens up for property destruction,” Andreas Malm, an ecology lecturer at Lund University, said on the podcast...

“So I am in favor of destroying machines, property, not harming people,” Malm continued, “that’s very important distinction there, and I think property can be destroyed in all manners of ways or it can be neutralized in a very gentle fashion, as when we [deflated SUVs in 2007] or in a more spectacular fashion as in potentially blowing up a pipeline that’s under construction.”

Should the Climate Movement Embrace Sabotage?

A gas company employee was shot in Lincoln County on Monday afternoon, Chief Sheriff’s Deputy J.J. Napier said Tuesday. A man dressed in camouflage with his face painted black approached Mark Miller, an employee with HG Energy LLC, on Joe’s Creek near Sod, Napier said. “At that time he played Mr. Miller a recording that said ‘Stop the drilling’ and then stuck a gun through the window of the passenger side of the truck,” Napier said. Miller told police he grabbed the gun, which fired, shooting him in the hand, Napier said.

A woman who turned herself in after a decade as a fugitive in the nation’s largest ecoterrorism investigation is scheduled to enter guilty pleas on Oct. 10. Court records show 39-year-old Rebecca Rubin will change her not-guilty pleas to charges of conspiracy and arson in U.S. District in Portland. A federal indictment accuses Rubin of being a member of cells of the Earth Liberation Front and Animal Liberation Front known as The Family. Investigators blame the group based in Eugene for 20 fires across the West from 1996 to 2001 that did $40 million in damage.

One of the three remaining fugitives in a string of fires set by environmental radicals in Oregon, Colorado and California surrendered to authorities Thursday after spending years hiding out in Canada... Authorities have said the Earth Liberation Front cell was responsible for 20 arsons around the West that did $40 million in damage, including the 1998 fire that destroyed a restaurant and other facilities at the Vail Ski Resort in Colorado. Other targets included a horse slaughterhouse and U.S. Forest Service ranger stations, research facilities, and an SUV dealership, all in Oregon. Go To Site

That they wouldn’t pay a price? If they thought so, they are mistaken.” The group threatens more bombings against Mexican scientists because “they must pay for what they are doing to the Earth.”... Acts of "eco-terrorism" are taking place in the Roche Lake area that could potentially end a logger's life, according to B.C. Natural Resources compliance and enforcement personnel. Patrick Tobin, regional manager for compliance and enforcement, said his staff is stumped over several incidents of tree-spiking discovered at an active Interfor logging operation west of Bleeker Lake. "It's a horrifically insidious form of vandalism. It's been referred to as eco-terrorism," said Tobin. He said trees with spikes can cause saw blades revolving at extremely high speeds to "literally explode" and send shrapnel around the inside of sawmills injuring workers and damaging equipment.

TACOMA, Wash. — The last defendant in a 2001 ecoterror arson at the University of Washington was sentenced Friday in federal court to four years in prison. With credit for time served, 36-year-old Briana Waters of Oakland, Calif., will return for 11 months. She pleaded guilty in Tacoma to arson and related charges in a plea deal. A jury convicted her in 2008, but that verdict was overturned on appeal. Three other defendants were convicted and a fourth killed himself in jail. The fire at the UW's Center for Urban Horticulture in Seattle caused $6 million in damage. Members of the Earth Liberation Front mistakenly thought a researcher was genetically altering poplar trees. The firebombs were built at Waters' home in Olympia where she was a student at The Evergreen State College.

By the time it disbanded in 2001 under pressure from our investigations, the group was responsible for at least 25 criminal actions totaling about $48 million in damages. Their crimes included vandalism, property damage, animal releases, and arson.

A war on terrorism is escalating in the United States, but it's one that has nothing to do with Osama bin Laden or Saddam Hussein.

This form of violence which the FBI says is the most serious type of domestic terrorism in the country today involves radical environmentalists and animal-rights activists, some of whom now vow that they "will no longer hesitate to pick up the gun to implement justice...."

Meanwhile, a fugitive of justice, Captain Paul Watson, contends that we should have a “human right” to commit acts of eco-terrorism.
