Hodgkinson shot House Majority Whip, Steve Scalise, from Louisiana, and four others, before he was shot and killed by the Capital Hill Police.

The objective of terrorism is “the use of violent acts to frighten the people as a way of trying to achieve a political goal.”
As the FBI explains on their website, terrorists are not just Islamic jihadists, but can also be “homegrown violent extremists who may aspire to attack the United States from within.

A Liberal With a Kill List...
Remember, James Hodgkinson, the Bernie Sanders campaign volunteer who decided that campaigning wasn’t enough.
So he took a rifle and a handgun to a baseball diamond in Virginia with a kill-list of leading Republican congressmen, and almost killed one of them, Steve Scalise, before he was killed by two brave Capitol police officers.
A Planned Terrorist Attack...
Hodgkinson came to the Washington area in 2017, living out of a van parked in Alexandria. He brought his guns and developed a plan to attack Republicans.
He went to the baseball field with a list of several GOP members of Congress in his pocket, along with physical descriptions of some of them. Before the attack, he asked Republican Representative Jeff Duncan, who was leaving practice early, whether the players on the field were Republicans or Democrats. Duncan said it was the Republican team.
A short time later, Hodgkinson opened fire. After a rampage of nearly ten minutes, he was killed by Capitol Police and Alexandria Police.
DHS and DNI: Domestic Violent Extremism...
"Both the Department of Homeland Security and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence published products labeling this attack as a domestic violent extremism event specifically targeting Republican members of Congress. The FBI did not. The FBI still has not."
The explosion of violence against conservatives across the country is being intentionally ginned up by Democrats, reporters, TV hosts, late-night comedians and celebrities, who compete with one another to come up with the most vile epithets for Trump and his supporters. -Ann Coulter, The ‘Resistance' Goes Live-Fire
The shooting at a congressional GOP baseball practice is just the latest in an escalating pattern of violence and intimidation against Republicans...
Hodgkinson’s social media profile revealed the 66-year-old was a left-wing Bernie Sanders supporter who believed President Trump is a “Traitor.” In one foreboding Facebook post in March, Hodgkinson wrote, “It’s Time to Destroy Trump & Co.” -Peter Hasson
Matthews told New York Times columnist Frank Bruni that it might behoove Trump to take a page out of Mussolini’s playbook, which was murder your son-in-law.
“So the son-in-law — you know, one good thing Mussolini did was execute his son-in-law. I mean, I’m talking about Ciano,” he clownishly argued. -Curtis Houck
I have spent the last five days meditating on Trump's election. Upon consideration, I believe this is a call to violence. I felt the call to violence in the 60's and I feel it now again.
I used to be on the left and remember well the incantations of "by any means necessary" or the "ends justify the means." No, they don't. The means become the ends.

What do the Democrats mean by “Resistance”? Obviously, they mean to evoke the resistance against Nazi Germany by the French and others. Seriously? Are they completely demented? Perhaps they are.
But the French Resistance, the Norwegian Resistance, et al., didn’t rely on pamphlets and op-eds. They used firearms.
Is it really a surprise that one avid Democrat took up arms to Resist on his party’s behalf? And how likely is it that more Democrats will Resist with firearms?
Recently, Hillary announced her steadfast opposition to the winning candidate using a military term, saying she'd joined the "Resistance."
Impeachment and removal from office are only the first steps; for America to be redeemed, Donald Trump must be prosecuted for treason and - if convicted in a court of law - executed.

The man arrested by Miami Beach police Tuesday for allegedly threatening President-elect Donald Trump online is a member of a prominent northeast family close to Bill and Hillary Clinton. He once gave $20,000 to the Democratic National Committee, DailyMail.com has learned.
Puopolo reportedly admitted to posting a video to Twitter, saying: 'This is the 16th of January 2017, I will be at the review/ inauguration and I will kill President Trump, President elect Trump today.'
Puopolo has published a number of pictures of outgoing Secretary of State John Kerry, whom he calls a friend... He also contributed to Kerry and deceased Sen. Ted Kennedy in the mid-1990s... In Miami, meanwhile, Dom Puopolo was arrested four times for petty crimes since 2006, twice for petty theft and once for defrauding an innkeeper.

He came from a petri dish that we are all submerged in, nurturing hate as never before in most of our lifetimes.

The Huffington Post pulled a piece calling for the “execution” of President Donald Trump published Saturday by contributor Jason Fuller.
Fuller’s piece contained rhetoric and imagery that seems tasteless, particularly after Wednesday’s events. Fuller boldly declares in the title that “Trump must be prosecuted — if convicted in a court of law — executed.” Fuller doesn’t stop there, however, as he insists that “impeachment isn’t enough” to “drain the swamp,” and to do so means doling out the “ultimate punishment [execution]” in order to fully restore the moral compass of the U.S.
