Hands Up Don't Shoot Hoax
The "hands up, don’t shoot" slogan used by Democratic activists since August 2013 is a complete falsehood, outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder admitted Wednesday.
Witness accounts spread after the shooting that Michael Brown had his hands raised in surrender, mouthing the words “Don’t shoot” as his last words before being shot execution-style.
Democratic lawmakers raised their hands in solidarity on the House floor. But various investigations concluded this did not happen — and that Wilson acted out of self-defense and was justified in killing Brown. 
The alleged “victim,” Michael Brown, had just committed a strong-armed robbery and refused to comply with Officer Darren Wilson’s order to surrender. Instead the 300-pound street thug attacked Wilson in his vehicle, tried to wrest his gun from him, and then walked away before turning and charging him. The DOJ report also found that, as Wilson claimed, Brown did reach inside Wilson's vehicle and strike him. The report also concluded that Brown did reach for Wilson's gun and was shot at close range in the vehicle when Wilson fought back. In addition, no evidence was found that Wilson shot Brown in the back while Brown was running away from Wilson.
All the evidence showed that Wilson only shot Brown after Brown stopped, turned around, and then charged Wilson.

The After rolling footage of demonstrators marching in New York and Washington, CNN commentator Sally Kohn said, "We want you to know that our hearts are out there marching with them," as she and co-hosts Mel Robbins and Margaret Hoover raised their hands up in the air, an apparent nod to the "hands up, don't shoot" chant associated with protests against police violence.
