One of the teens charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Australian baseball player Christopher Lane in Duncan, Okla., previously posted anti-white statements on his Twitter feed... Lane, a 22 year-old student from Melbourne, was out for a jog last Friday evening when the three teens began following him in a car and shot him “just for the fun of it,” according to Duncan officials... A couple of Tweets also suggest that Edwards wasn’t fond of white people. On April 29, he tweeted, “90% of white ppl are nasty. #HATE THEM.” On July 15, days after the George Zimmerman verdict, Edwards tweeted “Ayeee I knocced out 5 woods since Zimmerman court!:) lol shit ima keep sleepin shit! #ayeeee.” “Woods” is a derogatory term for white people.

Metropolitan police are investigating Saturday morning assault and robbery as a hate bias incident. Police said a man, 28, from Bethesda, Md., was attacked in the 1700 block of Euclid Street, Northwest, in Adams Morgan. The victim said he was approached by three black males who kicked and punched him to the ground. According the victim, one of the attackers yelled, “This is for Trayvon,” during the assault.

A waiter in Oakland, California was hit in the head with a hammer while attempting to stop a protester from smashing the windows of a restaurant. "A Flora Restaurant and Bar waiter was hit in the face with a hammer and bleeding, according to tweets from reporters with the Bay Area News Group, which includes the Oakland Tribune and San Jose Mercury News. The same restaurant had its windows broken over the weekend in similar protests," reports the LA Times.

On Sunday, a 34-year-old Wisconsin man received a beating by several black teens. According to Christopher Simpson, the victim, and another witness present at the scene, Simpson was attacked at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, punched in the back of the head, and then punched and kicked when he fell to the ground. White said that one of the black teens shouted at him, “This is for Trayvon Martin.” Another witness confirmed White’s story. The beating only stopped when a black passerby intervened.

A man who says he was jogging alongside of a road when three black men abducted and beat him claims the alleged attack was in retaliation for George Zimmerman’s acquittal, police in Senatobia, Miss. told Fox News. Police Chief Steve Holts told Fox News the alleged victim, who is white, was jogging Sunday night along Highway 51... “One of them asked, ‘Do you know who Trayvon Martin was?’”

In Chester County, Pennsylvania, police are investigating graffiti on a building before it was set on fire: “KILL ZIMMERMAN.” Firefighters were called to the scene of the fire at ProSigns, a company manufacturing commercial signs for business, and found that phrase spray-painted in red on the front of the building. The firefighters put out the fire without significant damage. The fire has been ruled arson.

Christina Dudley said she was walking to her car just before 9 p.m. when she saw several young black males and two black females chasing a 37-year-old Hispanic man west on North Linwood Avenue past East Fairmont Avenue. "One of the boys had a handgun out and it was pointed at the back of him," Dudley said in an interview... "They were just yelling and calling him names as they ran after him, but once they were hitting him and after that they started yelling, "This is for Trayvon, [expletive]," said Dudley, who heard the chant repeated multiple times.

Christian Hartsock, a conservative journalist and filmmaker, says he was assaulted and beaten down to the ground by a mob with repeated strikes to the face while reporting at a Trayvon Martin rally in downtown Oakland Sunday night. “I have interviews and I have footage of [Trayvon protestors] chanting ‘no justice, no peace—f-ck you pigs in your sleep,’” Hartsock told The Daily Caller.

In Oakland, police confronted a crowd at a downtown intersection after a small crowd began breaking windows and spray painting graffiti Sunday night, the Oakland Tribune reported... KGO-TV reported that rocks and bottles were thrown toward police... A similar march shut down Crenshaw Boulevard in the heart of Los Angeles' historic black neighborhood. It was peaceful until small groups broke away from the march, Smith said.
