The American left has demoted Hitler. He no longer is a monster who killed 12 million people in concentration camps. The Los Angeles Times ran a piece that is demonstrated just what is wrong with today's ramped up rhetoric. The headline read, "Call immigrant detention centers what they really are: concentration camps."
No. That is a lie. The centers are nothing like concentration camps. No one is tattooed with a number. No one is worked to death. No one is sent to gas chambers. There are no mass cremations in fact there are no cremations at all.

Barack Obama has warned of the fragility of American democracy, making reference to the rise of Nazi Germany in the 1930s.
Speaking during a question and answer session at the Economic Club of Chicago on Tuesday, the former US president warned against growing nativism in America. “We have to tend to this garden of democracy or else things could fall apart quickly,” Mr Obama said.
He went on to compare the situation to Germany in the 1930s where, despite a long history of high-level cultural and scientific achievements (and the existence of a functioning democracy), Adolph Hitler nonetheless rose to power, reported Crain’s Chicago Business.
