What initially began as a peaceful march in favor of President Donald Trump’s agenda at the University of California, Berkeley quickly morphed into a bloody riot as anti-Trump counter-protesters attempted to disrupt the event Saturday evening...
People wearing motorcycle helmets, goggles, gas masks, and bandanas punched, hit and pepper-sprayed the Trump backers. They also set off smoke bombs and fireworks, NBC News reported. American flags and red caps bearing Trump’s motto, “Make America Great Again,” were burned at the scene.

A violent "mob" attacked controversial author Charles Murray and a Middlebury College professor as they left a campus building Thursday night following a chaotic attempt at a lecture, a college spokesman said.
Professor Allison Stanger was assaulted and her neck was injured when someone pulled her hair as she tried to shield Murray from the 20 or 30 people who attacked the duo outside the McCullough Student Center, said Bill Burger, a vice president of communications at Middlebury College...
Once Murray and Stanger were inside the car — and after Stanger had been assaulted — the crowd began jumping on the hood and banging on the windows, according to Burger... Stanger visited the emergency room for treatment of her injury and is now wearing a neck brace, Burger said. Murray was not injured, according to Burger.

The incident recently occurred at a gas station in California while the woman was traveling with the Border Convoy, a group of Americans driving from the West Coast to Texas to educate the public on the dangers of illegal immigration. The amnesty supporter aimed his truck at her and revved his engine, according to Border Convoy member Eric Odom. “He literally moved his vehicle up to her and pushed her out of his way with his truck,” he said. “He then made it very clear that he didn’t support what we were doing.”

Even though she injured the teenager, Miller-Young defended her actions and told police she felt morally justified. She told police that images of aborted fetuses “triggered” her to act the way she did, and that she felt she had set a good example for her students by physically confronting the teenage demonstrator. Nevertheless, authorities warned that her actions constituted vandalism, battery, and robbery. Late last week, Santa Barbara officials announced that Miller-Young is being prosecuted for misdemeanor theft, battery, and vandalism in connection with her assault on Ms. Short.

A department of feminist studies professor has been accused of going berserk after coming across a campus prolife demonstration that used extremely graphic displays, leading a small mob of students to chant “tear down the sign” before grabbing one of the signs, storming off with it, then allegedly engaging in an altercation with a 16-year-old prolife protestor who had followed the educator to retrieve it. The professor at the heart of the controversy is Mireille Miller-Young, an associate professor whose area of emphasis is black cultural studies, pornography and sex work, according to her faculty webpage.
In the latest example, at Dartmouth College, 546 American flags stood on a patch of lawn as part of a Pro-life display, each standing in for 100,000 aborted Americans since 1973... Next, a car drives up, does donuts over the Pro-life demonstration, driving over maybe 100 of those American Flags, and drives off. Then the irony. As he was driving away, the all-too-predictable “coexist” sticker was clearly visible on his bumper.

Old Glory fell over, but not completely because the 19-foot flag pole caught a power line on the way down and was quickly recovered and set upright again... “I’m bruised, but not about to give up,” Guerra remarked. “The attacker’s behavior reflects the socialist mindset: if they can’t win the debate, they bully you. Shortly following this, two security guards were placed between myself and the off-stage area.

Supporters of Proposition 8 in California have been subjected to harassment, intimidation, vandalism, racial scapegoating, blacklisting, loss of employment, economic hardships, angry protests, violence, at least one death threat, and gross expressions of anti-religious bigotry. Arguments for same-sex marriage are based fundamentally on the idea that limiting marriage to the union of husband and wife is a form of bigotry, irrational prejudice, and even hatred against homosexual persons.
