Backlash is growing for the CEO of Sam’s Club after she discussed her dislike for dealing with white men on CNN. BPR reported Sunday that the company’s black, female CEO Rosalind Brewer planned to call a supplier she met with because she was disgusted that his management staff was filled with all white males. It was more important to Ms. Brewer that a staff be racially and gender diverse rather than the best people be picked for their jobs. A practice she admitted to CNN’s Poppy Harlow she practices herself.

Following the Newtown shooting spree, Dick’s Sporting Goods changed their policy and stopped selling AR-pattern and other semi-automatic, magazine-fed rifles, even the guns they had already sold. If there’s a silver lining for all the people who were eagerly waiting for that Troy Carbine and were vastly dissappointed, it’s that Dick’s isn’t doing so well in the financial department. At a time where the only thing a company has to do to sell firearms, ammo and accessories is to unlock their doors, Dick’s sales have flat-lined.

CLACKAMAS, Ore. - A fight over the American flag is brewing at the Clackamas Town Center. The manager of the children's train at the mall says he's being forced to remove flags that he uses to decorate the train ride. Why? The mall told him the flags are against policy. Thomas Phelps said he was floored when he got a letter from mall management telling him that the flags he put on the train a few weeks ago were "unapproved visuals." That reference didn't sit too well with Phelps, who also happens to be a military veteran.
