John Fortunato, 47-year-old Rene Pierre is under arrest following a report from a 17 year-old student of inappropriate behavior and harassing text messages of sexual content that he continued to receive from Pierre, an art teacher. Police say Pierre allegedly "would make obscene comments to this student, and on one occasion removed all of his clothing, requesting the 17 year-old to draw a picture of his backside."

The philosophy of Dadaism was that something is art if an artist says it is.
In 1917 the Dadaist Marcel Duchamp famously proclaimed a urinal to be art. The original urinal was thrown in the trash after being exhibited, but Duchamp later commissioned several replicas, one of which sold for $1,185,000 in 2002.
In their NAKED SHIT PICTURES Gilbert & George deal with a similarly traumatic experience to the one in the Bible.
The naked human, with his knowledge of himself as an amorphous mass and, in his understanding of this, his ashamed covering of his eyes, plays the decisive role here. Yet instead of serving as the cause for the curse as in the Bible, the artists have created an experience beyond the designation of guilt and self-degradation.
Instead of circumscribing it metaphorically, they call its true consistency by name: in HUMAN SHITS or EIGHT SHITS they make themselves directly equal to faeces.

Artwork made from semen is causing a stir in Grand Rapids, Mich. after the paintings were included in a city-wide art competition partially funded by tax dollars. The three paintings were created using slightly more than four ounces of semen infected with HIV, according to the artist -- EA Conner. “These paintings were created as a reminder that we all come in contact with people every day who are HIV positive,” he wrote on his ArtPrize profile page. “The red spots on the Scorpion and Bio-hazard paintings are actual HIV positive semen and the gold spots on the Red Ribbon painting are HIV positive.”

A Minnesota college is catching heat for planning a controversial event this semester on campus in which a transgender photographer will show a series of photographs that graphically depict his transition from a woman to a man. The University of Minnesota-Duluth will be hosting and providing a $4,000 honorarium to California-based photographer Loren Cameron for his work entitled “Transgender Images,” according to non-profit education group Campus Reform. The group obtained emails from campus officials confirming the appearance. “Mr. Cameron is being paid a flat fee of $4,000 which includes his speaker fee and all expenses,” reads a message from UMD’s director of human resources and equal opportunity in response to an inquiry from Campus Reform.

German art lovers are turning up their noses at an abstract picture painted with the artist's own feces. The painting, on display at Frankfurt's Museum of Modern Art, depicts brown, egg-like shapes surrounded by an off-white line. It doesn't smell because it is coated with resin, German tabloid daily newspaper Bild reported.
The 35-year-old artist, Anton Henning, said he had eaten a large meal to give himself sufficient material for the painting. "It was created in 1995 after I enjoyed a meal of Koenigsberg dumplings, mustard gherkins, beetroot, potatoes, watermelon and lemon juice, Rheingau riesling wine and a big brownie," he told the paper.

In 2011, a lifelike German sculpture depicting a policewoman squatting and urinating — even the puddle is sculpted — received an award from a prestigious German foundation, the Leinemann Foundation for Fine Art.
In 2013, the Orange County Museum of Art in California placed a huge 28-foot sculpture of a dog outside the museum, where it periodically urinates a yellow fluid onto a museum wall.
In 2016, one of the most prestigious art museums in the world, the Guggenheim in New York, featured a pure-gold working toilet bowl, which visitors were invited to use. The name of the exhibit was “America” — so one could literally relieve oneself on America.

Nitsch's work, which can be considered both ritualistic and existential, first drew attention in the early 1960s when he exhibited a skinned and mutilated lamb. The lamb was crucified against a white fabric-covered wall, with the entrails removed and displayed below a white table, splashed with blood and hot water. This was accompanied by Nitsch's "Geräuschmusik".
Nitsch's subsequent work has incorporated many similar elements, often combining slaughtered animals, red fruits, music, dancing, and active participants. Nitsch juxtaposed slaughtered animal intestines with quasi-religious icons such as staged crucifixions, satirizing and questioning the moral ethics of atavistic religion and sacrifice.

Martin von Ostrowski's art isn't for everyone. But his new exhibition at the Gay Museum in Berlin certainly is attracting attention from the German media. Cologne-based tabloid Express on Tuesday labelled his work “crass art” and “bizarre.” Why?
Instead of using conventional types of paints, the 50-year-old uses his body fluids to create. “I exist as I do digest, as I do produce semen,” Ostrowski said in a statement on his website, adding that painting with sperm and poo shows that he is part of the organic world.

A Western Kentucky University art professor and her student are defending what pro-life students are calling an act of desecration and vandalism after the student draped hundreds of condoms on top of crosses displayed in a pro-life exhibit. The crosses were part of a university-sanctioned display by Hilltopper’s For Life.
A member of the group actually captured student Elaina Smith as she and another person placed condoms on many of the 3,700 crosses. She reportedly told the pro-lifers that the desecration was part of a class art project. Smith was asked to stop and when she refused, they called Western Kentucky’s campus police. The police refused to stop the cross desecration, telling the pro-life students that it was a First Amendment issue.
Redefining art as just another form of leftist political activism is one of the establishment’s most tedious assaults on the culture.

A controversial exhibit at the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery has one fewer item – a video depicting ants crawling over Jesus Christ lying on a crucifix. The video was part of an on-going installation called “Hide/Seek: Difference and Desire in American Portraiture.” The remaining images consist of still pictures and paintings that “examine the influence of gay and lesbian artists.” Many contain nude subjects, including two men kissing as one holds a gun to the other’s chest.
The partisans we are talking about here aren't capable of generating something new. Their model is like a virus: infect a host and reduce it to a virus replicating factory, until the host withers away. Move on to the next host, and repeat.

Burroughs Biotechnological Bestiary," and plan to fire DNA-covered gold dust from a device called a gene gun into a mélange of sperm, blood and more excrement.
